To ensure prompt service, we require appointments for hair services. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we appreciate at least a 48-hour notice, or a charge up to 50% of your scheduled service price will be added to your next visit. For hair extension clients, a 48hr notice is required, or a deposit is non-refundable.
